Over and Above On a heartfelt, personal note.... the market this past summer was slower than I had anticipated. I was in no hurry by any means, but I had thought there would be more interest, more showings, more offers, etc. Haley was in contact with me on a regular basis, assuring me that it ‘wasn’t just my home’ and that things will come around. So, after 4 months or so, we received a reasonable offer... it was 10,000 lower than asking price. So, of course, I said, “take it”! (the market was slow) BUT... Haley’s knowledge and expertise in real estate paperwork helped me to get what I originally wanted.
